Payment procedure:

2. Go to the payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiry date, CVV, cardholder's name and surname) and click "Pay".
3. After filling out the card details, you may be redirected to your bank's page to enter your security code. It is required to confirm your identity.

How to pay via online banking:

• Select the "e-banking" payment method when placing your order.
• On the page that opens, click on the "Pay" button.
• Check your order and the amount to be paid, specify your e-mail address where the payment information will be sent and click "Continue".
• Choose your bank or other convenient payment method and make the payment.

Choose card payment when placing your order and tick the box agreeing to the company's terms. Then click "Proceed to Payment" and on the next page, click "Pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay."

You can pay for up to 30% of your order with bonuses.

If your bonus account balance is positive, "Use Coral Wallet" will automatically be ticked at the payment method selection stage with the amount of available bonuses.

If you do not want to pay with bonuses, untick this box, choose any convenient payment method and proceed with your order.

To pay for part or all of your group order, transfer funds from your bonus account to your personal account. Any member of a group order can transfer the funds to the member from whose account such order will be placed.

Please note that after the transfer, the bonuses will only be available for placing an order in the online shop.

Delivery terms

• Delivery of orders is carried out by the courier service "Omniva".
• To track the shipment, go to the website of the courier service omniva.lt.
• Delivery of parcels is made within 5 working days after completing the order.

In Lithuania, the parcel is delivered to the post office on the next working day after sending. The client receives an SMS message about the delivery of the parcel to the parcel terminal. You can pick up the parcel any day, at any time of the day.

In Lithuania, parcels are delivered by courier to the recipient's office or home.

The courier will call and agree on the delivery time of the parcel. Parcels are delivered from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

Delivery price for orders up to 100 EUR - 3 EUR.

Orders over 100 EUR are delivered free of charge.

Pickup is available from company's office inVilnius. Orders are picked up during business hours at the following address: Vilnius, Lvovo str. 89/1.

On the eve of public holidays working hours are shortened by one hour.

For pickup from the company's sales office, pay for your order online at the website. An order placed but not paid for will be cancelled after 5 days.

The buyer has the right to return purchased goods, both of proper and of inadequate quality, within the time period stipulated by applicable law.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set and must include a return statement for defective goods. Returned products of proper quality must retain their presentation and packaging integrity.

The return shipment of the product, both of proper and of inadequate quality, is made at the expense of the buyer. However, after receiving the parcel with a product of inadequate quality, the company undertakes to reimburse the amount spent by the buyer on the shipment.

The buyer is obliged to check the status of the order upon receipt and, in case of damage resulting from the transportation of the parcel, must draw up a statement in writing indicating the defects found.

The term for the return of funds is no more than 5 working days from the moment the seller receives a written application and returns the goods.

Be sure to indicate your name, surname, club number, order number, and reason for the return - this will speed up the processing of your request. After your request, the customer service manager will help you return the order in the most convenient way for you.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.

In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.

Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.

You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.

Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

After the payment you will receive a confirmation email from the courier company chosen during making your order.

The email should contain the order tracking number — enter it in the parcel tracking field on the website of the courier company.

You can return the product which hasn’t been used, is in saleable condition and has consumer properties.

In case of refund you choose one of options:

• — exchange the product for the same, another with the same price or another with a higher price, paying the price difference;
• — receive the money within 14 days excluding shipping costs.

If the product was purchased during a promo, the refund is made together with the gift.
